During OPEN KAIST 2025, the STAR Lab held two fun and educational sessions for young visitors. The first session was led by Professor Kim, followed by Gunhi and Minhyeok. Both sessions introduced the role of space telescopes and deployable telescopes like the James Webb Space Telescope, along with simple explanations of diffractive optics. The talks helped children understand how telescopes work to explore space, and a demo of a deployable lens was also presented, giving the kids a hands-on look at real science in action.
